M&K Truck Tire LLC aims to ensure customer satisfaction with all big truck tire purchases. Returns are accepted only for unused, unmounted, and undamaged tires in their original condition, subject to inspection and approval. Return requests must be submitted within the specified return period from the date of delivery or purchase.

Customized orders, special-size tires, and used or installed tires are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is verified. Any approved returns may be subject to restocking, handling, or transportation fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by M&K Truck Tire LLC.

Refunds or exchanges, when approved, will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. M&K Truck Tire LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, overloading, or incorrect installation. This return policy may be revised at any time to align with business operations or supplier requirements.
